2025 Barnesville Police Department Report

Barnesville Police Chief Rocky Sirianni has issued the following report of the department’s activities for 2025.

Of note is that the department received 3,041 calls for service, recorded 3,812 dispatch log entries and logged 105 Belmont County Western Division Court Offenses during the year.

The Barnesville Mayor’s Court handled 185 Offenses in 2025. Fines from the court totaled $26,122.50 with $18,966.50 retained by the village.

Traffic stops totaled 831 that included 34 warning tickets. A total of 84 parking tickets were issued resulting in $1,035 for village coffers. Downtown Parking Permits from 13 residents resulted in collections of $1,560.

On the enforcement front, Barnesville Police completed 17 “Property Abatement Notices”.

Department staff completed 485 fingerprint submissions resulting in $1,522.65 in revenue.

The department completed 102 vehicle crash reports during the year.
