2:48 pm – person on station regarding previous log about harassment.

4:19 pm – caller from North Broadway Street reporting a car blocking the alley.

5:32 pm – caller from Belview Street reporting their camper being struck.

7:14 pm – caller from High Street regarding a follow up.

7:39 pm – caller from South Gardner Street for a follow up investigation.

 8:36 pm – officer undertaking a welfare check on a person. Officer reported all is well.

11:53 pm – Belmont County Sheriff Department requesting an officer to check on a suspicious vehicle on Bailey Road.

5:53 am – officer on East Main Street investigating an incident.

6:19 am – officer on North State Route 800 to move a deer from the roadway.

7:11 am – officer on East Main Street for a follow up investigation. Person has video footage  for the officer to review.

9:17 am – officer on South Lincoln Avenue for a traffic stop.

10:44 am – officer on the corner of Vine Street/South Chestnut Street near Lakeland Foods. A semi-truck struck a stop sign.

7:31 pm – caller from Pine Lane reporting a suspicious car in front of their home.

8:17 pm – officer on Leatherwood Pike assisting a Bemont County Deputy Sheriff serving a temporary protection order. Officer made contact with the person and served papers.

7:45 am – caller from Euclid Avenue reports having an issue with girlfriend who is sitting in the driveway and will not leave.

1:25 pm – officer on Pine Lane for a follow up.

2:20 pm – officer on East Main Street near Belmont Savings Bank for a traffic stop.

2:55 pm – officer on East Main Street near Save A lot for a traffic stop.

3:19 pm – officer on Leatherwood Pike Warren Township assisting a Belmont County Deputy Sheriff.

4:15 pm – officer on Railroad Street investigating a complaint.

6:02 pm – officer on South Chestnut Street near TNT Auto Repair for a traffic stop.

11:35 pm – caller from East Main Street reports an ex-boyfriend making threats against her. Officer arrived at the residence and reported no one was there.

5:37 am – officer on North Chestnut Street for a traffic stop. Warning given.

8:43 am – officer on North Street for a vehicle lockout.

9:32 am – officer on Gobblers Knob for a traffic stop.

9:52 am – officer on East South Street for a traffic stop.

10:29 am – officer on South State Route 800 for a traffic stop.

1:18 pm – officer on Bond Avenue for a vehicle lockout.

2:04 pm – officer on South Chestnut for a traffic stop.

2:53 pm – officer on North Chestnut Street for a traffic stop.

4:22 pm – officer on South Route 800 for a traffic stop.

4:27 pm – officer on West Highland Avenue for a vehicle lockout.

6:01 pm – caller from East Walnut Street reporting someone hit a pole. Driver pulled off and the pole appears to be fine.

8:35 pm – officer on East Main Street for traffic stop. Warning given for headlight.

10:08 am – officer on Pine Lane for a follow up.

10:59 am – officer at the Middle School talking with students.

11:17 am – officer on South State Route 800 for a disabled vehicle.

5:08 pm – caller reporting that items were stolen from his vehicle.

9:47 pm – officer on North State Route 800 for a traffic stop. Warning given for lights.

Saturday, January 17, 2026

7:21 pm – officer on Morgantown Avenue regarding to a vehicle parked in the middle of the

roadway. Vehicle moved off the roadway.

7:57 pm – officer on Railroad Street for a traffic stop.

Sunday, January 18, 2026

12:39 am – caller from Morgantown Avenue report a dog outside barking. Called the animal shelter and they won’t pick up the dog.

9:29 pm – caller states he is coming up the Barnesville hill behind a semi. The semi is going well under the speed limit. Officer advised.
