Harvey Goodman Realtor has announced a new chapter in its 67-year history by welcoming Lyndsay Maynard as a new partner, making her the company’s third owner. The business has an office on Bond Avenue in Barnesville. Maynard joins current owners John Sambuco and Jay Goodman.
With a lifetime of entrepreneurial experience and success in real estate, Maynard’s partnership with Sambuco and Goodman marks a significant milestone in the company’s history, ensuring its continued leadership and innovation in the real estate industry.
Maynard, along with her husband, Shawn, who left a 15-year career in the coal industry to join her in running their businesses, half purchased half of the company, are dedicated to ensuring the success of others, inspiring them to thrive, and maintaining a strong commitment to the local communities.
