Shamrock Boys Bowlers Claim OVAC Title
At the OVAC Bowling Tournament that was held at the Toronto Lanes in Toronto Saturday, the BHS Boys Bowling Team claimed their third crown taking the OVAC 1A-3A Title. Scoring 3,659 pins for the title, Monroe Central came in second at 3,285 followed by Union Local at 3,275.
Earlier the ‘Rocks won the Buckeye 8 and the Mid-Ohio Valley League championships.

Two BHS bowlers captured individual honors at Toronto’s OVAC competition. Colton Hall, left, was the 3rd place bowler overall while Keegan Martin claimed the 2nd spot overall.
Union Local boys bowlers placing were Jeff Bolon (4th) and Mason Porter (6th).
Girls Division Results
In the Girl’s Division that was claimed by Conotton Valley with 3,057 pins, Union Local came in third behind Trinity Christian with 2,396 pins and Barnesville in 6th place with 2,277.
Barnesville’s Hayley Hoffer was 3rd out of 77 bowlers while Union Local’s Sarah Eikleberry claimed the 8th position and teammate Heather Adkins came in 10th.
