Beallsville Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges
WOODSFIELD – A Cyber Tip regarding child pornography resulted in the arrest of Gregory J. Valkovic, 52, of Beallsville Monday.
According to Sheriff Derek Norman, officers found “evidence of Valkovic possessing child pornography on his personal electronic devices that Detectives located within the home. These devices were seized as a part of the search warrant and were later extracted leading to further evidence of child pornography being located”.
The Monroe County Prosecutor has charged Valkovic with (2) counts of Pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a felony of the second degree, as well as (4) counts of Illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, a felony of the second degree.
Valkovic is currently being housed at the Monroe County Jail on a $100,000.00 bond.
This case remains under investigation.
