Thursday, February 19, 2026
12:50 pm – National Road, Bethesda. Deputies responded to location along with Richland Twp. Police regarding two women running into the roadway and towards passing vehicles.
3:40 pm – Third Street, Belmont. Deputy responded to a report of kids riding dirt bikes in the roadway. Deputy spoke with a juvenile advising him of the rules of the road.
5:38 pm – Maple Avenue, Bethesda. Caller reports an incident involving a client with disabilities. Situation diffused but later reignited when client got upset wanting to fight. Employee left stating they “quit”. No physical violence or physical contact reported. Caller requested a record of the incidents.
10:34 pm – Mt. Olivett Road, Barnesville. Deputies responded after caller reported a vehicle up on jacks in the roadway for the past three weeks. It was discovered a previous owner sold it and as the vehicle was being moved to the new owner’s location, the vehicle broke down. New owner was not located. Tow truck summoned.
Friday, February 20, 2026
2:19 am – Holzwith Road Flushing. EMS called for a person with a mental history.
11:25 am – Leatherwood Pike Road, Barnesville. Alarm drop. Deputy dispatched. All is secure.
12:41 pm – National Road, Belmont. Investigate complaint. Alarm going off at business that officials believe is for sale.
12:51 pm – Barnesville Hospital. Deputy at hospital following up on investigation.
7:19 pm – E. Main Street, Holloway. Adults filling up a youth ATV with gasoline resulted in sparks catching hillside on fire. Fire contained and put out. No injuries reported.
9:43 pm – Bond Drive, Morristown. Suspicious vehicle driving around at RV Park. Vehicle spotted at nearby gas station. Driver said they were simply dropping someone off.
Saturday, February 21, 2026
12:25 am – Lynn Avenue, Belmont. Suspicious vehicle. Vehicle has been running for some time. Owner notified.
2:19 am – Belmont-Morristown Road, Belmont. Semi parked in fire lane. Will not move. Disregard call, semi moved.
5:36 am – Holzwith Road, Flushing. Ohio Patrol with vehicle in the roadway. Deputies requested. Patrol has a female in their cruiser. Squad called for mental evaluation.
10:47 am – Harrah Street, Lafferty. Someone is dumping items on private property. Information taken for report.
1:14 pm – Virginia Street, Bethesda. Caller states she wants to hurt herself and also her caretaker. EMS transported individual to hospital for evaluation.
4:23 pm – West Street, Holloway. Caller states neighbors are causing issues with caller’s family. Deputies responded. Both parties advised to seek protection orders.
6:25 pm. – Deputy delivered blood work to Barnesville Hospital lab.
11:23 pm – Smith Township. 911 call. Deputies made contact. A foster kid is having a hard time adjusting and having issues with medication regulation.

8:05 pm – Summit Street, Bethesda. Officers responded to an ongoing landlord-tenant dispute. Information obtained to update a previous report.
Monday, February 23, 2026
2:23 am – I-70 at milepost 200, Kirkwood Twp. Accident in the median with property damage.
10:36 am – Somerset Twp., Barnesville. Person on station to report fraudulent activity on business checking account. Info taken for report.
3:42 pm – South Leatherwood Pike, Barnesville. Possible Temporary Protective Order violation investigated.
3:50 pm – Clover Ridge Road, Jacobsburg. Deputies on location to see if items from a recent burglary are at this address.
9:40 pm – Belmont-Morristown Road, Belmont. Caller reports a truck is blocking his vehicle and others. Shop manager contacted the driver who moved the truck.
Tuesday, February 24, 2026
9:16 am – Wright Road, Somerset Twp., Barnesville. Caller reports his brother stole his trailer while he was incarcerated. Deputies responded. Trailer was not stolen. Parents gave the brother permission to use it.
11:05 am – Hendrysburg-Freeport Road, Kirkwood Twp., Barnesville. ODNR officer discovered a decedent in a locked vehicle. Coroner summoned.
5:19 pm – Belmont-Morristown Road, Belmont. Alarm drop at business. All is okay.
9:01 pm – Pearl Street, Flushing. EMS summoned for a female with possible cardiac arrest. Taken to hospital.
