Bonetta “Bonnie” (Blanchard) Patterson

Bonnie (Blanchard) Patterson, 78, passed away on March 15, 2026, in Pasadena CA, following a long illness. She was born on November 4, 1947, in Flushing, Ohio to Etta Jean (Tyler) and Raphael Blanchard.

Bonnie was known for her wry sense of humor and her love of casinos and yard sales.

She is survived by her longtime partner Darius Wallace and her children, LaVonda (Nelson) Diaz of NJ, LaDonna Trevizo of MD, Sam Robinson of Martins Ferry & Kenya Robinson of TX. Bonnie also leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 3 granddogs; as well as 2 brothers, Larry and Allan Blanchard.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Harold Fletcher, Sandra Freeman, Gary and Billy Blanchard and grandson, Kenya Robinson Jr.

Calling hours are on April 3, 2026, from 3-7 pm and the funeral on April 4, 2026, 10-11 am at Clark Kirkland Barr Funeral Home in Cadiz, Ohio. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
