Old Tire Collection Planned by MWCD

“This event is organized by the Muskingum Watershed Conservation District Conservation Department to help reduce the unwanted tires that could end up as litter in and around the lake region. Follow the event signs to the parking lot across from Seneca Lake Marina main entrance,” according to the announcement.
Please follow these guidelines when transporting tires.
- No more than 10 tires per drop-off. Federal law prohibits more than 10 tires per vehicle.
- Accepting passenger tires. No semi or agricultural tires will be accepted.
- Tires on rims will be accepted but will not be removed from the rim and will be donated as is.
- Tires must be free of debris.
