August Display Features Coal Mining History
The current display at Barnesville Hutton Memorial Library features coal mining artifacts and art from the collection of the Watt Center for History and the Arts.
In addition to displays, programs at the Center explore local history, arts and crafts. The next program will take place Thursday evening covering the history of the former Belmont County Children’s Home that operated out of a four-story building at Tacoma from 1880-1991. More information on the program may be found here.
