Barnesville Chamber Meeting Recap
In addition to introducing Denise Adkins Leach, new director of the Barnesville Chamber of Commerce, to members of the group at the Sept. 9 monthly luncheon, President John Rataiczak shared the following news and opportunities
Scoop Opportunity – All pumpkin ice cream serving slots are filled for the 2026 Barnesville Pumpkin Festival except Saturday afternoon from 5-7:30 p.m.
Hosting Opportunities – There are three luncheon meetings on the 2027 calendar open for hosts. January, February and July.
Festival Craft Show – There are 31 vendors signed up for the Pumpkin Patch. Rataiczak said the village has promised the air conditioning will work this year.
Derek Deal was praised for his excellent maintenance and posting on the chamber’s Facebook Page.
The meeting was hosted by Mike Sulek and Sulek Experts Realtors at the Albert S. George Youth Center in Memorial Park.
