OVAC 4A-5A Girls Golf: Little Tied for Third

Marietta clinched the OVAC 4A-5A Girls Golf Championship with 350 strokes on Wednesday, September 16, on Crispin Golf Course at Oglebay Park. Medalist Ellie West of Wheeling Park finished in first place with a 71. Runner Up Reese Dunlap of Harrison Central placed second with a 78.

Barnesville’s Kennedy Little and Warren Local’s Maggie Evans tied for third place. Both shot a 79. The All-Tournament team was rounded out with Morgantown’s Evyn Trembush, shooting an 83.

The tournament included 54 golfers.

Little will be competing at the Division II Sectionals Girls on Tuesday, September 22, at Carroll Meadows.
