Tyson William Dunfee

It is with deep sorrow, we announce that Tyson William Dunfee, 47, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2026. Tyson was born on October 14, 1978 in Wheeling, West Virginia to Bill and Rodona Dunfee.

Tyson was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Martha McConnell; and paternal grandparents, Charles and Pearl Dunfee.

In addition to his parents, Tyson is survived by his sisters, Christa (Shawn) Wharton and Lorrissa (Doug) Dunfee; aunts, Sharon (John) Gustina and Patti Leasure; nieces, Jena (Colton) Talbot, Lydia Wees, and Becca Wharton; and nephews, Luke (Hannah) Wharton and Ray Wharton.

We hold hope that he has found peace. 

Services will be conducted in Savannah, Georgia.
