Free Harm Reduction, Hygiene Products Available at Sheriff’s Office
ST CLAIRSVILLE – Thanks to cooperation by several Belmont County agencies, free harm reduction and hygiene products are available from a dispenser in the lobby of the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office, 68137 Hammond Road, adjacent to the Belmont College and Belmont Career Center campuses.
Free for the taking are “Dawn” bags of Narcan, emergency first aid kits, drug disposal pouches, safe sex kits and personal hygiene kits.
Lobby hours at the sheriff’s office are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
