Local Realty Firm Expands to West Virginia
Sulek & Experts Real Estate announced this week the firm has expanded to another state and are now able to assist you with your real estate needs in “Wild & Wonderful” West Virginia. “Broker Michael Sulek (left) and Associate Broker Shaun Hayes (right) look forward to helping customers on both sides of the river”, the announcement said.
With the expansion to West Virginia, the firm has offices in Barnesville, Cadiz, St. Clairsville, and now Wheeling.

South Central Power Foundation Grants Fund Local Projects
October 2024 South Central Power Company Foundation grant awards of $123,298 were given to 24 awardees this quarter. Grants are awarded by the South Central Power Company Foundation from donations from members who round up their bills through the Operation Round Up.
Local Projects receiving funds were:
- Barnesville Area Chamber of Commerce, $5,130 for Christmas Lights for Christmas activities
- Belmont County Historical Society, $10,000.00 for installation of a chair lift at the Victorian Mansion Museum
