Robert Evan Aston

Robert Evan Aston, 37, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025 at the WVU Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, West Virginia.

He was born at Wheeling, West Virginia on September 5, 1987 a son of Joe and Della Mae Combs Hise who survive of Woodsfield, Ohio.

Evan was a member of the Woodsfield Church of the Nazarene, Woodsfield, Ohio. He enjoyed hunting, working on motorcycles, 4-wheelers, spending time with his daughter and going to church.

Surviving in addition to his parents are a daughter, Karli Lynn Aston of New Martinsville, West Virginia; three brothers, Joe (Rachelle) Hise Jr. of Sardis, Ohio; Rocky (Julianne) Hise of St. Clairsville, Ohio, Joshua (Summer) Hise of Woodsfield, Ohio; several uncles, Tom Aston, Jessie Combs, Johnny Combs; an aunt, Nancy Stephens; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78, Woodsfield, Ohio from 5:00 p.m. until time of funeral services at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2025 with his father, Pastor Joe Hise officiating.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2025 at the Limestone Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Limestone, West Virginia.
