Isaac Roy Pittman

Isaac Roy Pittman, 39, of Ashland, Ohio and formerly of Beallsville, Ohio  passed away, Sunday, April 27, 2025 in Samaritan Hospital, Ashland, Ohio.  He was born February 17, 1986 in Bellaire Hospital, a son of Clarence Samuel “Sam” Pittman and the late Susan Jean Clevenger Pittman.

Isaac was an employee of CNG in Mansfield and a graduate of Beallsville High School – Swiss Hills Career Center, Class of 2005.  He was a loving and devoted father whose favorite pastime was spending time with his five children. He also enjoyed fishing and rebuilding cars with his father.  Forever a Beallsville Blue Devil fan and a proud former Monroe County resident, each August Isaac would schedule time to come to the Monroe County Fair just to watch the Demolition Derby.  He will forever be remembered for his kindness and thoughtfulness; he never said a bad word about anyone. 

In addition to his mother, Susan Cleavenger Pittman, Isaac was preceded in death by cousins, RJ “Roy” Ady and Alberta Broemson Huntsman.

Left to cherish his memory in addition to his parents, Sam and Mary Pittman,  are his lifelong companion, Angie Woodall; the loves of his life, his children, Brianna, Lilianna, Savanna, Shawn, and Jayden; his “bonus mom,” Robin Gibbs, a brother, Sam Pittman (Christy) and a sister, Clarissa Pittman (Cory); two nieces, Brooklyn Monroe and Betty Atkins; a cousin with whom he was raised, Julia Yost; special friends, Heath Long and Linda Scott; also several uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends. 

Visitation will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home, Harper Chapel, Beallsville Friday, May 2 from 12:00 noon until the time of Isaac’s funeral service at 2pm. Inurnment will take place in East Sunsbury Cemetery near Beallsville at a time of the family’s choosing.

In lieu of flowers and keepsakes, Isaac’s family requests that contributions to help with expenses be made to Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Bridgeport, Ohio  43912.
