Former Police Chief, Barnesville Native Honored

Former Bridgeport Police Chief William Frasher, a 1974 Barnesville High School graduate, was the featured speaker at the department’s Second Annual Awards Ceremony this past Wednesday evening.
In addition to delivering the address, Frasher was surprised to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from the department for “his years of service to Bridgeport and dedication to the police department.”
The event was profiled by WTRF-TV 7 news.
