Gary Robert Carpenter

Gary R. Carpenter, 66, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Astoria Place of Barnesville. He was born on April 10, 1959 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Ralph and Elizabeth (Triplett) Carpenter.

Gary was a former mechanic and handyman. He enjoyed watching TV.

In addition to his parents, Ralph and Elizabeth Carpenter, Gary was preceded in death by his sister Sherry Luyster; and nephew, Mike Carpenter.

Gary is survived by his sister, Jeannie Thompson; brother, Mike Carpenter; nieces, Paula (Neal) Fankhauser and Machelle Carpenter; nephews, Jeff Thompson, Mark Carpenter, and Chris (Jill) Carpenter; and several great nieces and great nephews.

No services will be held. Gary’s care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
