Area School News – December 1

Barnesville School Resource Officers Norris and Shilling along with Chief Sirianni participated in Barnesville High School’s Career Day this past week. “They enjoyed talking with the students and answering questions pertaining to the field of law enforcement.

26th Annual UL MS Turkey Trot Results

The event took place Tuesday, November 26 at the  UL Middle School Campus.

The top seven male/female runners in each grade level received a Turkey Trot shirt and the winning boy/girl received a frozen turkey.

Winners were:

6th Grade – Aubree Steadman & Parker Van Fossen.

7th Grade – Kaelynn Johnston & Brett Twarogg

8th Grade – Jamie Bolon & Seth Schumacher

Mrs. Loase’s homeroom donated the most cans, winning that class a Pizza Party.

Beallsville School Food Drive – December 3-19

Students at Beallsville School are asked to bring canned goods to  home class from December 3-19 for a food drive. The winning class will win a pizza party.
