July 17, 2025
12:13 am – expired plate and warning for a taillight issued on Washington Street, Bethesda.
7:19 pm – on Uniontown-Flushing Road, K-9 detects positive indication for narcotics following a traffic stop. One male detained and mirandized. Tow truck called.
July 18, 2025
10:38 am – at I-70 EB rest stop, officers issue a warning to a U Haul truck driver for driving over marked lines.
5:47 pm – officers on way to Rice Road, Bethesda, location to talk with complainant, take report.
9:35 pm – Morristown Park. Occupied vehicle in park. Parties were unaware the park was closed.
11:24 pm – at a Belmont-Morristown Road location a male is having a mental health issue. Squad on scene, transported to Barnesville Hospital.
July 19, 2025
6:18 pm – 911 hang up on Glencoe Road, Belmont. Unable to make contact on call backs. Contact made, person is okay.
7:55 pm – Vehicle fire near pond at bottom of Lady Bend Hill. Barnesville and Fairview departments extinguished fire.
July 20, 2025
4:29 am – caller advises a female is walking along Crews Lane, Piedmont, following an argument. Officers contacted female who said she was with family in a cabin nearby and left following an argument. She was trying to walk home to Wheeling. Officers provided subject a ride to Main Street, Wheeling location.
11:09 am – disabled semi at the intersection of SR 147-149. Tow truck called.
12:09 pm – male in parking lot opposite Union Local HS/MS campus. Possible drug overdose. Male is alert and talking. Took cocaine. Male is going with squad.
11:27 pm – alarm drop at residence on South 26 Road, Bethesda. All doors secure. Appears no one is home.
July 21, 2025
7:09 pm – female bit by dog on Mt. Hope Road, Lafferty. Animal shelter is aware.
July 22, 2025
1:35 am – link room monitor sensor is going off. Alarm company called back. Correct password given.
2:31 pm – accident with property damage, two vehicles, no injuries on Belmont-Morristown Road. Information taken for report.
July 23, 2025
11:44 am – welfare check on a juvenile on Hillcrest Road, Barnesville. Parent with subject. At 11:59 am, Wheeling Police report they are in Wheeling.
6:25 pm – barn fire on Chini-Orchard Road, Flushing, near Lafferty. Multiple fire departments responded and extinguished the fire.
10:17 pm – National Road, Belmont, business alarm drop. One vehicle in the parking lot. Rear door checked, all secure.
