Pickleball Tournament at Memorial Park
Entries are now being accepted for the Barnesville Pickleball Tournament to be held on Saturday, July 5 at the Barnesville Memorial Park at part of the Barnesville Independence Day Celebration.
Barnesville Volleyball Program Fundraiser
Supporters of the Barnesville Schools Volleyball Program are staging an Ice Cream Island fundraiser at the Barnesville Vet Center parking lot on N. Chestnut Street, Tuesday, June 17.
Bio Blitz at Dysart Woods
Instead of a monthly hike for July we will have a Bio Blitz. This event allows anybody to be a part of a Wildlife survey using a free Identification app called INaturalist.
Football Game Incident Moves to U.S. Federal District Court
A suit was filed in U.S. District Federal Court in Columbus on Thursday related to an incident that took place during halftime of the Union Local-Barnesville football game on October 25, 2024.

Join the Belmont County Soil and Water Conservation District at a 1/2 Acre Homesteading session on Tuesday, July 1 at 6 p.m.
Save the Date: Independence Day Celebration
The annual Independence Day event will take place at Barnesville Memorial Park, beginning at noon on Saturday, July 5. A free swim will get underway at 12 Noon at Barnesville Memorial Park Pool. Fireworks are scheduled for 9:30. A rain date for the event is Sunday, July 6.
