Rulli Proclamation Praises Belmont VFD

Smith Township Alumni Group Folds, Banquet Canceled
he alumni banquet for the Smith Township High School in Centerville is canceled this year. The committee made the decision after failing to get additional help from alumni, as volunteers, and said they regret this decision.
Flags Flown at Half-Staff Will Honor Jack Cera
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine ordered the flags of the United States and the State of Ohio to be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout Belmont, Jefferson, Monroe, Noble, and Washington counties as well as at the Ohio Statehouse, Vern Riffe Center, and Rhodes Tower in honor of the life and service of former state Representative Jack Cera.

St. Mary’s Temperanceville Invites Community for Annual Picnic
The St. Mary’s Temperanceville annual picnic is back again this year for people to enjoy a day filled with food, bingo and prizes.
Food will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 27 at the St. Mary Temperanceville Church. Guests are welcome to stay after the serving of food for socialization.
