On Friday, Congressman Mike Rulli (OH-06), who represents the greater Barnesville area, introduced the Italian Heroes and Heritage Act, legislation that preserves Columbus Day as a nationwide federal holiday honoring Italian American heritage and the historical contributions of Christopher Columbus.
