The 77th annual Holloway Old Timer’s Baseball Festival will take place on August 29th, 30th, and 31st. This festival emphasizes Holloway’s history and old-time baseball, with a vintage game, home-cooked food, a parade, a car show, and more.
Each hour there will be special speakers and demos.
The Barnesville State Theater Company presents a one-day street event in Barnesville! Enjoy a movie-themed golf cart decorating contest, live entertainment, a hot-dog eating contest, food trucks, raffles, and more.
The competition is broken into groups based on age. Sign-ups begin at 8 am, and the tournament will start at 9 am.
Enjoy a day of family fun in Schuler Park at Flushing Heritage Day! There will be alumni and history displays, live entertainment, bounce houses for kids, food, fireworks at dusk, and more. The activities begin at 4:00 pm and will conclude with the fireworks at dusk.
