It is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of radical generosity. GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Since then, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

2024-2025 Program and Financial Goal

$25,000 will allow us to hire two part-time contract employees to attend and cover public meetings, write features and cover sports. It will also cover associated administrative costs, website hosting fees, etc.

Printer                        $250 – equals $4.80 a week

Staff Writer               $500 – equals $9.60 a week

Editor                         $750 – equals $14.42 a week

Publisher                  $1,000 – equals $19.23 a week
