Bethesda Senior Citizens marked St. Patrick’s Day at the Bethesda Senior Center Monday. Members enjoyed Bingocize and Bingo with Danielle of Stonerise Home Health.   

Senior Citizen Newsletter Online. The monthly distributed by the Belmont County Committee on Aging is now available online free of charge. The April edition is now available. Print copies may be picked up at individual centers in the coming month.

The newsletter shares the results of a Mixed Media Art Project Contest. The Judges selected the Bethesda Senior Center for first and second places while runner-up honors went to the Flushing Senior Center.

Individual prizes were awarded to Debra Blake of Flushing, first, Lorena Borovich of St. Clairsville, second, and Jody Kinney of Centerville, third.       

There are four Senior Citizen Centers in western Belmont County:

Barnesville – 229 E. Main Street, Kay Driscoll, coordinator, and J.B. Flood, driver

Bethesda – 118 S. Main Street, Sue Hines, coordinator, and J.B. Flood, driver

Centerville – 44642 Main Street (Jacobsburg mailing address), Donna Steadman, coordinator, and Bonnie Borovich, driver

Flushing – 208 High Street, Maxine Jurovcik, coordinator; Lee Nichol, driver
