Main Street Barnesville hosts the community’s inaugural downtown Chocolate Walk Friday, Nov. 15, 5-7 p.m.
Tunnel/Trail Open for Business
After several years of planning and two-years of construction, Barnesville’s new bike and pedestrian is complete and open to the public.
The King James Boys at Pennyroyal Opera House
Based in upstate South Carolina, The King James Boys are a gospel bluegrass band, presenting the Gospel in song for nearly thirty years.
State Theater Offers ‘Hocus Pocus’, Costume Contest
The emerging and developing Barnesville State Theater Company is entering the Halloween Season with a special free event at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., Saturday, October 31.

Barkcamp State Park Fall Festival
Barkcamp State Park will host a Fall Festival from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday, October 17 at the park located at 65330 Barkcamp Park Road.
Canine Fall Festival
A Canine Fall Festival by the Friends of David M. Lucas Dog Park,68475 Bannock Road, will take place, 11 am – 4 p.m., on Saturday, October 17.
Farm Fun at Hoot N Holler
Members of the Barnesville High School Future Farmers of America hosted a fall Hoot N Holler at Memorial Park Saturday afternoon. A variety of activities were enjoyed by children of all ages!
