Golden Ticket Cinemas Coming to County

ST. CLAIRSVILLE – Golden Ticket Cinemas, a company established in 2017 in North Carolina, is coming to the Ohio Valley Mall. The new entertainment venue will be the 20th theater in the chain that focuses on mid-sized markets. The nearest screens for the company are in DuBois, PA and Bluefield, WV.
The new theater will be located in the same space as the former AMC Theater that closed in September 2024. It will feature luxury seats, full food and beverage services, and the firm’s signature “Ale House” concept to the Ohio Valley Mal that will feature a giant self-serve beer wall with beer and wine options.
The theater will open in the fourth quarter of 2025 once renovations of the building are completed.
More information on Golden Cinemas is available on the firm’s website.
