Brother’s Keepers Items Moved

Furniture items were collected from three storage units this past week and moved to a new building erectred on the campus of the First Christian Church of Barnesville. The items are made available to the public through the congregation’s “Brother’s Keepers” ministry.

Helping church members accomplish the move were BHS football, volleyball and cheerleader members.  

5 Loaves Food Ministry Giveaway – May 17     

The First Christian Church of Barnesville’s monthly food giveaway will take place at the church’s New Life Center, 219 West Church Street, Saturday, May 17 from 11:00-12:00. 

According to church spokesman Mike Lucas, the food is available to “Barnesville Area School District only with proper ID”.

Monthly Service at Barnesville Library Annex – May 9

May 9 will mark the next Friday services at the Barnesville Library Annex at 7:00. 

Rev. Kevin Anslow the speaker. Other dates this year for this service include June 13, August 8, September 12, October 10, November 14 and December 12.
