Groundbreaking for Underground Railroad Museum at Black Horse Inn
A formal groundbreaking ceremony will take place at the historic Black Horse Inn, 320 Main Street, Morristown, on Tuesday, June 24 at 10 a.m.
The event will also include symbolic lantern lighting in honor of the federal Juneteenth holiday and a special performance by the Goree Dum and Dance group.
This project is made possible by a major grant from the Ohio Department of Development’s Appalachian Community Grant Program.
