Eyes of Freedom Escorted into Barnesville
Sunday afternoon, the Eyes of Freedom motorcade arrived, led by Barnesville Police and followed by a motorcycle brigade. Once in town, the Barnesville Fire Department joined in the escort through the “Flag Bridge” created by ladder fire trucks.
The Eyes of Freedom Opening Ceremony is Monday, September 22, at 6:00 pm in the Barnesville Middle School gymnasium, 970 Shamrock Drive.
The Quilts of Valor Presentation to local veterans will also occur at that time. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
