Belmont Savings Bank captures 1st Place in the Professional Building & Grounds Decorating Contest.
Barnesville businesses showcase their creativity and enthusiasm for the Pumpkin Festival by decorating their buildings and grounds with autumn-themed decorations.
The first place winner was presented with a plaque that can be hung in the business. All places received ribbons. Two Stack Bar-B-Que and Carolyn and Terry Stephen sponsored this contest.
