Corey Michael Imhoff

Corey Michael Imhoff, 43, of Powhatan Point, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and friends on Friday, September 26, 2025 at Liza’s Place in Wheeling, West Virginia.
He was born April 6,1982 in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son to Randall M. Imhoff and Ronda L. (Saffell) Imhoff.
From a young age, Corey’s life was defined by his passion for cattle and farming. He had a particular fondness for anything related to cows, passionately breeding and showcasing them at both county and state fairs and shows. His love for livestock and the agricultural community was a central part of who he was. His dedication to agriculture was evident in his involvement with various organizations, including serving as a member and advisor for the Indianola 4-H club, as an alumni of FFA, and a member of The Ohio Valley Cattlemen’s Association and The American International Charolais Association.
Corey held many jobs over the years. He assisted his aunt with floral design at her flower shop, worked at Green Valley Co-op and Porterfield’s Drive Thru. He enjoyed creative projects like graphic design and sign making.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Ronald and Marvelyn Saffell and paternal grandparents Dale and Virginia Imhoff.
Corey is survived by his parents; sisters, Ashley (Adam) Masters, Randa Imhoff, Courtney (Paul) Imhoff-Hebert; nephews, Miles, Owen, Kaiser; niece, Tessa; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; many best friends; faithful dog, Jax.
Family and friends are to be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home 186 Main Street, Powhatan Point, Ohio on Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 2pm until 8pm. Additional visitation will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 at the Funeral Home from 10am until time of service at 11am with Lee Biles officiating. Final arrangements will be at the convenience of the family.
