Martha Lee Cimini

Martha Lee Cimini, 89, of Barnesville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025. She was born on December 20, 1935 in Fairpoint, Ohio to Emilio and Teresa Cimini.
Martha dedicated many years of her life attending Belco Crafts, where she found friendship and purpose. She was known and will always be remembered for her unwavering commitment, feisty spirit and the love she shared with all who knew her. In her later years, she resided at the Wiley Home in Barnesville, Ohio, where she was cared for and loved by the staff, who became her second family.
Martha always found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved to sing songs, especially at Christmas, which brought cheer to those around her. She often enjoyed playing Name That Tune with her mother and her creative side shone through with her love of coloring, where she delighted in coloring outside the lines. Polka music also held a special place in her heart.
Martha was preceded in death by her beloved parents; Emilio and Teresa and her siblings; Orlando “Coots” Cimini; Palmiro “Pate” Cimini; Alda Alexander; Linda Jack; Veda Bloom; Rosetta Vincenzo; Viola; Mary Hiner and infant siblings John, Daniel and Joseph.
She is survived by her brother, Udell “Joe” (Joan) Cimini and many nieces and nephews who will forever cherish her memory.
A memorial visitation will be held on October 2, 2025, at Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists, 204 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 12 p.m. Interment will be at the convenience of the family at Union Cemetery in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you take a friend to lunch, sing a Christmas song or perform an act of kindness for someone in need.
