Spotlight on AJ Empeno: BHS Homecoming Queen Candidate
Miss AJ Empeno is the daughter of Erin and Isaac VanWasshenova and Ricardo Empeno. Her siblings are Savannah and Kodi. Senior Jaydon Abrigg is her homecoming escort.
AJ is a Varsity cheerleader and a member of the track team. She is also a member of the Future Educators of America, National Honor Society, Staying Clean Club, Student Council, and Key Club. AJ has been the secretary of her class for four years.
AJ enjoys shopping, hanging out with friends, spending time with her boyfriend, and watching movies with her sisters.
After graduation, AJ Empeno plans to attend college, studying astronomy and astrophysics.
