Council Candidate – Cole Carpenter
Council candidate Cole Carpenter provided the following information:
My name is Cole Carpenter. I’m a 2010 graduate of Union Local. I’ve spent a majority of my time growing up and hanging out in Barnesville but officially moved to the village in 2018, but I’ve considered Barnesville my hometown for a long time.
I’m a husband and father. I’ve worked in the power line industry for six years, traveling for storms and helping others in Louisiana for hurricane relief and recovery efforts and other states for storm restoration. I’ve recently taken another job as a factory maintenance technician, so I could get off the road and spend more time with friends and family.
I’d love to serve my community and help make Barnesville a place that others would like to call home. I also want to help clean the village up and make changes because sometimes changes are a good thing. My overall goal is to move the community forward and put Barnesville first.
