Daniel Ray Mann
Daniel Ray Mann, 83, of Quaker City, Ohio passed away at Wheeling Hospital on November 12, 2025. He was born on July 9, 1942 in Bethesda, Ohio, a son to the late Orrie and Vesta (Truax) Mann.
Daniel was a coal miner and a Christian. He loved riding motorcycles with his son, Rob. He was a passionate outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing. He liked traveling to Florida during the cold months. He listened to Bluegrass music and never missed a Jamboree in the Hills. He enjoyed watching football, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes. He also enjoyed watching Nascar races. He especially loved spending time with his family and attending grandkids’ ball games.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by significant other, Patricia Adkins; siblings, Allen Mann, Richard Mann, Robert Mann, Exma VanFossen Ester Conway and Violet Marley.
Left with loving memories are his significant other, Fay Flores; children, Brian (Jill) Mann, Brad (Rik) Mann, Robert (Gail) Mann, Melissa Doughty; grandchildren, Jonathan (Megan) Mann, Jessica Mann, Joshua Mann, Stevie (Sydney) Doughty, Nick Doughty; great grandchildren, Robert Teater, Meadow Mann, Maverick Mann, Milo Mann, Forest Doughty, Wilder Doughty, Rylan Mann, Rowan Mann; sister, Patsy Christman; sister-in-law, Lorraine Bernier plus many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to the graveside service on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 11am at Ebenezer Cemetery in Bethesda. Wilson Funeral Home, Bethesda Chapel, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio 43719 is assisting the family
