8:36 am – officer on Morgantown Avenue for a follow up.

11:05 am – person on station speaking to an officer.

12:13 pm – officer on South Chestnut for a vehicle lockout.

12:40 pm – caller from Bond Avenue needing help for a female at the Dry Cleaners.

2:30 pm – officer at the High School for a traffic stop.

3:30 pm – officer on Leatherwood Pike Warren Township for a vehicle lockout.

5.12 am – The Ohio State Highway Patrol requesting an officer to tag a deer on Dusty Lane Warren Township.

7:36 pm – caller from Warren Avenue reporting they were scammed last night over the phone.

9:25 pm – officer on Waterworks Road for a traffic stop.

11:58 pm – officer on Euclid Avenue investigating a complaint.

4:28 am – officer on Bond Avenue regarding a person dressed in all black walking up Route 800.

8:16 am – officer on East Walnut Street for a traffic stop. Citation issued for a traffic control device.

9:09 am – officer on East Main Street near McDonalds for a traffic stop. Citation issued for speed.

12:53 pm – officer on East Main Street for a traffic stop. Citation issued.

2:23 pm – officer on Shamrock Drive for a traffic stop. Citation issued.

3:00 pm – officer on East Main Street for a traffic stop. Citation issued.

3:06 pm – officer on West Church Street for a traffic stop. Warning given.

3:49 pm – officer on High Street for a welfare check.

7:20 pm -caller from Bond Avenue advising a man on an E Bike was coming into town up Route 800 hill with no reflective gear and the light on the bike is very dim.

8:41 am – officer on East Main Street near Save A lot for a traffic stop.

9:00 am – officer on East Main Street near Riesbeck’s for a traffic stop.

11:03 am – a vehicle pulled out in front of an officer. Possible domestic. Person in custody and enroute to the Belmont County Jail.

12:40 pm – officer on Chestnut for a traffic stop.

2:45 pm – officer on Shamrock Drive for a traffic stop.

6:14 pm – female on station filing a report.

6:46 pm – caller from Leatherwood Pike Warren Township reporting someone hit a deer. Deer removed for the road.

9:04 pm – officer on East Main Street for a traffic stop.

9:18 pm – officer on East Main Street for a traffic stop.

9:22 pm – officer on East Church Street/East Main Street for a traffic stop.

11:09 pm – female on station filling out a report.

5:48 am – officer at Riesbeck’s for a vehicle lockout.

9:01 am – officer on Cherry Street for a vehicle lockout.

2:29 pm – officer on South Broadway Street with a Belmont County Deputy. A male is in custody.

9:47 pm – officer on Ohio Street for a traffic stop. Warning given for headlights.

10:41 pm – officer on Wiley Avenue for a welfare check. Officer noted everything is okay.

Saturday, November 8, 2025

4:08 pm – caller reporting of furniture in the roadway blocking both lanes on North State Route 800. Ohio State Highway Patrol notified. They will handle the situation.

5:17 pm – officer on South Chestnut Street near the square for a traffic stop.

5:20 pm – individual on station with a lost dog with collar. Animal Shelter called. They will  pick up the dog.

6:16 pm – officer on Mt, Olivett Road for a vehicle lockout.

7:49 pm – officer on North Chestnut Street for a traffic stop.

8:37 pm – officer on South Chestnut Street near Legget Street for a traffic stop with a side-by-side.

8:47 pm – officer on Fair Street for a suspicious vehicle near the cabins by park lake.

9:28 pm – officer at the Memorial Park after discovering 8-10 juveniles appearing on camera and one person on top of the concession building roof. Kids are recording the occurrence on their cell phones. Officer reports they are going to stop for the night.

9:50 pm – caller reporting a waterline leak on Park Street. I contact the water department.

Sunday, November 9, 2025

10:31 am – caller from Bethesda Street asking if an officer could stop by and speak to her.

3:57 pm – caller needing to speak to an officer regarding a custody situation.

6:58 pm – officer on Gobblers Knob Road Warren Township for a follow up investigation.

7:19 pm – officer on South Gardner Street for a follow up investigation.

8:29 pm – caller advises that on Douglass Road is a mudslide and a tree in the roadway.

8:32 pm – officer on South Gardner Street for a follow up investigation.
