Belmont County CIC Essay Contest Winners

ST. CLAIRSVILLE – Crystal Lorimor, director of the Community Improvement Corporation of Belmont County, released the names of this year’s winners for “The Future of Belmont County” essay contest for youth.

Thanks to our sponsors this year, we are able to give $300 for first place, $200 for second place, and $100 for third place, Lorimor said.

Grades 1 – 4:

1st – Dakota Goodman (Barnesville)

2nd – Lucie Tomer (Bethesda)

3rd – Evelyn Doyle (Bellaire)

Grades 5 – 8:

1st – Titan Goodman (Barnesville)

2nd – Sophia LaRoche (Bellaire)

3rd – Lincoln Cain (Belmont)

Grades 9-12:

1st – Alexandra Schnelle (St. Clairsville)

2nd – Allen Smith (St. Clairsville)

3rd – Grace LaRoche (Bellaire)
