Anne Dole (Keester) Bartels
Anne Dole Bartels, 70, of Belmont, Ohio passed away at home on December 28, 2025. She was born on September 21, 1955 in Annapolis, Maryland to the late George and Alice (Dole) Keester.
Anne was a middle school art teacher for Barnesville Schools. She was a creative person who loved the outdoors. She enjoyed planting flowers and gardening. She liked watching the birds and feeding the deer. She loved doing art projects and spending time with friends and family.
Left to cherish Anne’s memory are her husband of 46 years, William “Mitch” Bartels; sister, Elizabeth (Skip) Walton, plus many extended family and friends.
