After taking a few years off while building the new farm – the annual Old World Garden Spring Garden Workshop is back and set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sat. April 18 at the Farm at Old World Garden, 65780 Pisgah Rd, Quaker City. A full lunch is included with registration,
This year’s theme for the gardening workshop is : “How To Grow Vegetables With Ease – And Without The Weeds!”
Attendees may tour the farm from 3-5 p.m. after if they wish. Not only is it going to be even bigger this year – but also more fun than ever.
For years, the spring garden workshops at the owners old farm were one of their favorite annual traditions. Gardeners of all experience levels would gather to laugh, learn, and enjoy a day filled with practical tips, hands-on advice and plenty of inspiration. The classes were always full of energy and fun – and filled to capacity – and have we ever missed that excitement.
