Ruth Ann Wells

Ruth Ann Wells, 86, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Emerald Pointe Health & Rehab. She was born on February 7, 1939, in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Herbert and Anna (Logan) Booth.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Dale Wells on June 2, 2015.

Ruth is survived her children, Denise (Herbert) Starr, Dennis (Jody) Wells, Timothy (Joan) Wells, Carrie (Rick) Selig, Lisa (Scott) Saunders, and Joseph (Becky) Wells; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Eileen Hastings, Tom Booth, John Booth, Connie Hamilton.

Private services will be held at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio. Ruth’s care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
