Perfect Season for 7th Grade Girls Basketball Team
At the Jr. High Girls Basketball Buckeye 8 Tournament Saturday, Barnesville came out on top in both contests.
7th Grade: Barnesville – 51, Martins Ferry – 8.
8th Grade: Barnesville – 55, Bellaire – 25
In other action during the week the Jr. High Girls Basketball teams swept Buckeye Local Monday.
7th Grade: Barnesville – 35, Buckeye Local –19
8th Grade: Barnesville – 46, Buckeye Local –12
On Tuesday the 8th Grade Girls team defeated Shenandoah 58-26 to finish the regular season 14-2.
The 7th Grade Girls also defeated Shenandoah 39-8 to finish the regular season 16-0!
