Wednesday morning, the Time and Temperature sign at Belmont Savings Bank, 780 E. Main Street, read 34 degrees! The actual temperature at that time was closer to 3-5 degrees.
Perhaps in this era of A I, the sign is taking action trying to create reality out of thin air.
Employees at the bank were totally unaware of the sign’s pronouncements. One staff member said she heard the temperature comes from the nearest major airport. Perhaps Atlanta, GA but not at any airport in the Columbus-Pittsburgh region.
