On Tuesday, voters in Union Township Precinct #2 (110) approved a Sunday Alcohol sales measure specifically related to the Bel-Morr Market, 66440 Belmont-Morristown Road. Beyond the Union Local School District levy, this was the single other non-candidate measure on the ballot.
The school levy likely increased turnout in the precinct as 38.5% of registered voters cast ballots.
The measure was approved by a 78-28% margin with 333 yes votes and 94 no votes recorded.
