Community Safety Training Classes Planned
RELEASE
The Barnesville Police Department will offer FREE Community Safety Training opportunities for residents of Barnesville and the surrounding area.
The trainings include:
- Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE)
- Stop the Bleed Training
Participants will learn practical skills that can help save lives during emergency situations, including situational awareness, emergency response principles, and hands-on bleeding control techniques.
Training will be held at the Barnesville Library Annex, 611 N Chestnut St, Barnesville on the following dates and times:
- Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 6:30 PM
- Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM
- Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 6:30 PM
