Barnesville Green Bronco is 7-0 After Win Against Martins Ferry
The Barnesville Green Bronco team remains undefeated this season with their 15-0 win this past week over Martins Ferry at Barnesville Memorial Park.
Barnesville had four pitchers take the mound Thursday evening. They were Brogan Shilling, Jase Hendershot, Jaxson Humphrey and Braxton McCloud who combined for five strikeouts and two walks.
On offense, the Shamrocks tallied a total 18 hits. Brogan Shilling had a team-high three hits for the game.
Jaxson Humphrey, Kason Keiger, Hank Jefferis, Gavin Smith and Jase Hendershot each collected two hits.
Colton Roe, Austyn Weiss, Anthony Welch, Braxton McCloud and Issac Blon each had a single hit.
Next week, the Barnesville Green Bronco ballclub will be busy with four games on the schedule.
They face Martins Ferry again at home next Monday, June 1 at 7:30 p.m., at Moundsville on Tuesday, June 2 at 6 p.m., at home against Bellaire on Wednesday, June 3, at 7:30 p.m. and at Moundsville again on Thursday, June 4 at 6 p.m.
