Belmont American Legion Flag Retirement Ceremony
BELMONT – American Legion Post #312, located at 101 Barrister Street, will mark Flag Day, Sunday, June 14, with a Flag Retirement Ceremony at 6 p.m.
The event will take place at the Post Home, a building shared with the Tri-State Military Museum.
Individuals with tattered, worn, and faded flags may drop them off at the museum prior to the ceremony “so that they can be properly handled by…members.”
Museum hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ,Thursday through Saturday. Questions may be addressed to the museum by calling 740-761-0155.
