Barnesville’s Cheerleading Team Receives $10,000 Donation from Cafaro Foundation
BARNESVILLE — Barnesville High School’s varsity cheerleading team are not only celebrating a state championship win, but are even more excited now since receiving the recent news.
The William M. and Alyce Cafaro Family Foundation has donated a total of $10,000 to the Shamrocks. Last year, Barnesville’s cheerleaders were on the receiving end of a similar amount from the foundation.
Responsible for the construction of the Ohio Valley Mall, the Cafaro Foundation regularly donates to sports teams to foster school pride and reward athletic excellence.
