ST CLAIRSVILLE – The Annual Belmont County LifeWise programs 5K will take place at the Belmont County Fairgrounds, 45420 Roscoe Road, St. Clairsville early Saturday morning. Late registration and packet pickup opens at 7 a.m. with the race getting underway at 8:30 a.m.
